Audi Service Advisor Responsibilities :
Ensure teamwork, create and foster a positive working environment with happy peopleCommunication is your number one responsibilityCommunicate professionally and clearly about inspection results, then present corrective procedures and prepare work order for needed repairsConstant communication with dispatch, foreman, team leader and technicians is requiredMaintain high customer satisfaction standards above national average (CSI)Advise customers about necessary service for their general maintenance needsHelp identify the customer's primary concern and also present other maintenance needs when appropriatePrepare repair orders showing time, cost and labor estimates for serviceAccurately describe the customer's concern to the technicianExplain the work performed and the repair order charges to the customerSchedule service appointments and loaner / rental cars when appropriate, in order to provide a streamlined and seamless experience for the customerEnsure that loaner cars are returned in a timely fashionEncourage clients to prepay onlineEstablish and maintain professional relationships with the customers to encourage repeat and referral businessPerform federal, state, and manufacturer mandated recallsComplete all training required by the manufacturer or Rosenthal AutomotiveAudi Service Advisor Qualifications :
1+ year of service writing experience or sales experience preferred but not requiredHigh-line, luxury automotive experience preferred, not requiredA valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standardsAn enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic person who has a personal determination to overcome possible objections while providing an outstanding customer experienceProvide an outstanding fellow employee experienceProfessional personal appearanceExcellent oral and written communication abilitiesProcess and detail oriented with developed organizational skillsConfident in ability to work under pressure and prioritizeOur company is a family owned and operated business, so we know what it takes to grow a company from the ground up.
