Role Summary
Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Audi Brand Specialist to join our team. The Audi Brand Specialist plays a key role in delivering a premium sales experience that aligns with the luxury reputation of the Audi brand.

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and providing information about vehicles and services.
- Understand customers' needs and preferences to recommend the best brand models and features.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from vehicle selection and test drives to financing and closing the sale.
- Educate customers about the brand's innovative features, including electric and hybrid technologies.
- Follow up with potential customers and leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the dealership.
- Prepare and process sales contracts, financing applications, and other required documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining the appearance and organization of the showroom and lot, ensuring vehicles are clean and properly displayed.
- Maintain contact with client's post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Deliver a customer experience that reflects the sophistication of the Audi brand.
What we look for
Sales experience, preferably in the automotive or luxury retail industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dealership management software is a plus.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Benefits
