Senior Functional Consultant

Oracle North America Applications Consulting (NAAC) is hiring a senior functional consultant who has expertise leading end-to-end full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Core HR implementations. This senior consultant will lead the customer through the project life cycle, with focus on leading practice process adoption. Responsibilities include but may not be limited to :

• Lead client meetings
• Facilitate productive discussions and drive decisions
• Lead the creation of functional designs, configuration workbooks, and the configured Oracle HCM Cloud solution
• Coordinate design and configuration with other functional leads across the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation scope
• Guide client to develop an appropriate organization design for the client's business requirements

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
