A company is looking for an Administration Support Specialist to provide support for 401(k) Administration Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage data entry processes for 401(k) plans and participant information
Coordinate the preparation and submission of contribution correction payment requests and ensure compliance with plan requirements
Oversee the creation and amendments of plan documents, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of general office management experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of 401(k) Plan Structure, ROBS, and IRS / DOL Regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel
