Field Services Manager (Player-Coach)

Location : Grove City (Columbus), OH (Full-Time, Hourly)

Salary : $32.50–$37.50 / hour + overtime premiums

Key Responsibilities

Field Execution : Troubleshoot / repair fuel systems (pumps, monitors, panels); lead installations with quality / safety focus.

Team Leadership : Schedule workloads, coach technicians, conduct audits, and foster a high-performance culture.

Operations : Manage work orders, inventory, and coordination with dispatch / sales; handle escalations and site audits.

Qualifications

Required : 5+ years in service (fuel, electrical, HVAC, generators); 3+ years leading teams; troubleshooting expertise; valid driver's license / clean MVR; pass background check.

Preferred : Fueling equipment knowledge (Veeder-Root, Bennett); certifications (UST A / B, PEI RP900); wiring diagram proficiency; military / collegiate athletic background.

Physically able : Outdoor work, ladders, tight spaces; flexible for emergencies / weekends.
