A company is looking for a Field Reimbursement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Solve complex patient access issues by collaborating with various stakeholders

Educate healthcare providers and office staff on patient support programs and reimbursement processes

Manage daily activities to support patient access to products and ensure compliance with reimbursement guidelines

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience

3+ years in the Pharma / Healthcare industry, particularly with specialty products

Experience in practice management, billing, and coding for drugs or devices

Knowledge of payer policies, medical benefit verifications, and reimbursement processes

Ability to conduct virtual and field-based reimbursement support and education
