Location : Suwanee, GA (In-Office)

Employment Type : Full-time

Compensation : $100,000 – $125,000 base salary (depending on experience) + 10% revenue generation bonus

Start Date : Immediate

About the Role :

The Personal Injury Attorney will manage a caseload of 50–75 cases with mentorship and guidance from senior attorneys. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed lawyer seeking growth and professional development in a firm that emphasizes collaboration and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations to support litigation strategies.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, briefs, and other legal documents.

Maintain regular, professional communication with clients, providing updates and counseling throughout their case.

Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations to advocate for clients.

Support all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial, including witness preparation and trial material organization.

Manage timelines, court deadlines, and filings to ensure compliance.

Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to shape case strategies.

Build and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional service.

Attend CLEs and legal seminars to stay current in personal injury law.

Engage in networking and community outreach to represent the firm publicly

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) and active Georgia Bar membership required.

1-5 years of personal injury experience or related legal practice.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

High ethical standards and integrity.

Team-oriented and collaborative.
