What You’ll Do

As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney at Bader Law, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims, handling them from inception through resolution. Your role will include advocating for your clients, preparing cases for trial, and ensuring they receive fair compensation for their injuries.

• Litigation Management : Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case evaluation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Legal Documentation : Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, demands, and other legal documents.
• Client and Witness Interaction : Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to gather case information and build strong cases.
• Court Representation : Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials, advocating on their behalf every step of the way.
• Strategy Development : Develop litigation strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients about their rights and options.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure seamless case management.
• Client-Focused Service : Maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring timely updates and empathetic support throughout the case process.
