Our client, a Tech forward Outsourcing Company, is seeking a remote Client Success Manager for Title and Closing to join their growing team.
The Client Success Manager will lead the client facing team and must have a strong background in title insurance and real estate closings.
Must possess exceptional leadership skills, extensive knowledge of title regulations, and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Job Requirements :
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the title insurance process from start to finish, including conducting title searches, preparing commitments and policies, and closings processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the division's client base and increase revenue opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth and successful real estate transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions in accordance with client, company, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- This position has direct reports. Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance;
rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the title insurance industry; experience in default services a plus.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Strong understanding of title insurance regulations, guidelines, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in reviewing and analyzing title documents and closing paperwork.
