As a Technical Support Associate, you'll be at the forefront of the Gong customer experience and create #ravingfans by providing an exceptional and consultative support experience for our customers. Support Associates are proactive, innovative, and empowered to solve the customer challenges of today, while thinking strategically to delight our customers long term. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in our Lehi, UT office.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding support experience via email, web, and phone for customers using Gong products while meeting key performance goals.
- Learn the ins and outs of Gong products and build expertise with common integrations (such as telephony systems, web conferencing tools, Salesforce, and APIs).
- Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, help identify potential bugs, test solutions, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.
- Represent the Voice of the Customer with Success, Sales and Product teams to influence priorities, resources, roadmaps and deliverables.
- Contribute to creating resources—like documentation, training materials, or process guides—that help both customers and teammates succeed.
Qualifications
Technical Support Associate focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.Recently completed a technical degree and interested in growing your career in technical support.Self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn new skills and technologies.Curious, resourceful, detail-oriented, and organized with a problem-solving mindset.Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, Dialpad, GoToMeeting, or other telephony / web conferencing tools is a plus.Exposure to Salesforce, APIs, or programming / scripting languages is a bonus, but not required—just bring your eagerness to learn!Perks & Benefits

Compensation is based on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Gong uses a location-based compensation structure, and total compensation may include incentive pay, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some sales programs offer potential to exceed targets.
