We are a dynamic national company seeking n IT Project Manager experienced in implementing complex technology systems. Our organization is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions across various sectors and continuously improving our technological capabilities.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing comprehensive projects, including ERP systems, field management systems, and RFID systems.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

  • Project Planning : Develop comprehensive project plans for implementing ERP, field management, and RFID systems across the company.
  • Stakeholder Management : Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management and department heads, to ensure alignment of project goals.
  • Team Leadership : Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth execution of project tasks.
  • Risk Management : Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage contingencies to avoid project delays or failures.
  • Travel Management : Travel to various company locations to supervise on-site implementation, ensuring systems are integrated seamlessly.

Skills and Knowledge :

  • Technical Expertise : Extensive experience in ERP, field management, and RFID systems implementation. Experience with Service Titan and Sage Intacct is a plus.
  • Project Management : Strong skills in project planning, execution, and delivery, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and provide clear updates to team members and management.
  • Problem-solving : Analytical skills to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Leadership : Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and achieving project goals.
  • Certification : PMP certification is preferred, demonstrating solid project management skills.
