We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Paralegal with a minimum of 8 years experience in personal injury law, particularly in prelitigation. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in reviewing medical records, writing demand letters, and most importantly, negotiating high-value cases. This is a critical role that requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of personal injury law.

Responsibilities :

• Manage pre-litigation processes, ensuring timely and accurate case progression
• Review and analyze medical records to support personal injury claims
• Draft comprehensive and compelling demand letters
• Negotiate high-value cases effectively with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with attorneys and other paralegals to develop case strategies
• Maintain organized case files and documentation
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain client confidentiality
