Retail Insights Manager

A company is looking for a Retail Insights Manager (Chargeback / Deductions).

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted subject matter expert on retailer deductions and compliance programs, collaborating with Sales teams to drive strategies and revenue outcomes

Translate complex retail operations data into actionable insights that address supplier pain points and demonstrate business value

Support customer-facing teams post-sale by troubleshooting deduction issues and providing root-cause analysis to maximize solution value

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in retail operations, deductions, finance, or compliance, preferably within major retailer ecosystems

Experience supporting sales or customer-facing teams in pre-sales environments

Skilled at interpreting data and presenting insights that influence decision-making

Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and pivot as needed

Collaborative mindset, thriving in environments focused on innovation and customer empathy
