Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor

The Supervisor for Cable Operations and / or Warehouse Operations will oversee day-to-day activities within production and / or warehouse environments, with supervisory responsibility for 30-70 hourly associates and 2-4 operations coordinators. This role is part of the HCP Leadership Team and reports directly to Operations leadership. The position offers growth opportunities into various functions such as Facilities, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technology, and Division Engineering. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to develop their leadership capabilities and progress within a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

The range for this position is $75,761.00 - $104,172.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
