Quality Engineering Technician

The Quality Engineering Technician is responsible for the creation and management of First Article Inspection (FAI) Reports. The primary purpose of FAI is to verify and validate that product realization processes are capable of producing characteristics that meet engineering and design requirements at the start of production and after changes. The Quality Engineering Technician will work with cross-functional teams to analyze data, investigate issues, and recommend solutions to optimize product quality across all stages of production. This role ensures all stages of the value stream meet established quality standards, identifies and resolves defects, and implements improvements to production processes to maintain consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
