Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Skilled Nursing Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Job Title : Travel Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Location : Sturgeon Bay, WI Contract Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : 12-Hour Nights | 36 Hours per Week | Rotating Weekends Responsibilities : Provide direct patient care and monitor residents’ health status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and transfers. Perform blood glucose checks and administer insulin as needed. Document patient information accurately in accordance with facility standards. Respond to resident needs promptly and with compassion. Support dementia residents with patience and understanding. Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure quality care and safety. Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies. Participate in shift reports and ongoing care planning. Requirements : Active RN License – Wisconsin or Compact State License required. BLS Certification – American Heart Association (AHA) required. Experience : Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility . Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to provide compassionate and dignified care to elderly residents. Must be comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility support. We are an equal opportunity employer.
