This role will own full‑cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels—partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent who are as passionate about transforming patient outcomes as we are.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and outreach to offer and onboarding, delivering a smooth and engaging candidate journey every step of the way.
• Get creative : build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, professional networks, and unconventional channels.
• Evaluate candidates for both technical excellence and culture alignment; act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams in making strong, long‑term hires.
• Own the offer process, ensuring a competitive and equitable approach aligned with company compensation philosophy.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to continuously refine recruiting processes, metrics, and tools to improve speed and quality of hires.
• Represent the company at networking events, university programs, and industry conferences to strengthen our employer brand.
• Deliver insights and data that inform workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Perform additional duties as required.
