The Regional Vice President is the senior-most operational and business development leader within a large geographic territory, responsible for driving both the strategic vision and tactical execution of municipal and institutional parking programs. This role provides comprehensive oversight of financial performance, client engagement, market growth, and operational consistency while aligning with broader corporate objectives. With significant authority to define the regional structure, priorities, and approach, the Regional Vice President ensures operational excellence is consistently balanced with long-term growth, market positioning, and innovation.
Equally critical is this leader’s role in developing and inspiring high-performing teams. The Regional Vice President sets the tone for accountability, professionalism, and service excellence by mentoring and coaching direct reports and instilling those values throughout the organization. This individual is recognized as both a leader in the market—building a positive reputation with municipalities, institutions, and stakeholders—and a leader within the organization—modeling collaboration, growth, and performance-driven culture.
