About the Role : As a Senior Product Manager, Content Platform, you will lead the strategy and execution for Tubi’s operational tooling systems. You’ll own the end-to-end product roadmap for building the foundational infrastructure that enables seamless, scalable, and automated delivery of content from studios to our streaming viewers.
You’ll work at the intersection of Content Acquisition, Content Operations, and cross-functional partners like Machine Learning to ensure our metadata, asset, and rights workflows are accurate, intelligent, and deeply integrated with downstream systems like search, personalization, and recommendations. Your mission is to modernize and scale the operational backbone of our content pipeline using AI-powered tooling, robust data modeling, and globalized feature support.
What You'll Do :
Own the content operations tooling roadmap : Define strategy, OKRs, and success metrics for core platform modules that power metadata QA, content ingestion workflows, and policy-based automation.
Build the future of content onboarding : Drive innovation in automation and AI to streamline manual QA processes; identify and implement frictionless, scalable solutions to onboard content with speed and accuracy.
Lead policy service integrations : Own the development and integration of our policy service to ensure correct start / end dates and rights management across our global catalog.
Support global growth with multi-language workflows : Ensure our content data model and tools support localization at scale, enabling seamless playback and presentation across multiple languages and territories.
Connect operational and ML systems : Collaborate with Discovery AI and Engineering partners to integrate content platform data into machine learning models that drive recommendations, search relevance, and viewer personalization.
Drive cross-functional alignment : Partner closely with Content Acquisition, Legal, and Ops teams to define platform requirements and ensure the delivery of reliable, policy-compliant, and future-ready content systems.
Champion operational excellence : Lead execution of roadmap initiatives, ensure milestone delivery, resolve blockers, and continuously improve platform performance, usability, and reliability.
Your Background :
6+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent owning complex, high-scale platform or operational systems.
Strong understanding of content ingestion pipelines, metadata standards, and rights management workflows, ideally within a media, streaming, or OTT environment.
Experience working with backend services, API design, and data modeling, particularly around structured and semi-structured media metadata.
Demonstrated ability to incorporate automation, ML, or AI tools into operational platforms to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
Ability to translate operational needs into scalable product solutions and communicate clearly with Engineering, ML, and business stakeholders.
Excellent execution discipline and project management skills, comfortable driving cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
Compensation and Benefits : Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location, is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical / dental / vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. High cost labor markets such as Los Angeles, New York City, and San Francisco are noted. Range : $169,500—$242,100 USD.
