Purpose of the Job :
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the weekly service of customers’ pools and identification
of any pool related issues.

Consistency consistently follows documented procedures and suggests change when necessary
Teamwork builds good relationships and rapport with customers, peers, supervisors, and managers
throughout the organization
Essential Functions :
- Provide weekly customer maintenance and cleaning of customers’ pools
- Identify any issues with equipment and report to the proper personnel
- Communicate the status of the pool with the homeowner
- Ensure all activities are performed in a safe manner
Other Tasks and Responsibilities :
Provide status reports as needed to management
Education :
High School diploma preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
- Self-motivated, self-starter
- Comfortable in the use of chemicals
- Experience in customer service preferred
Licenses and Certifications :
None
Physical Demands :
- Ability to work outside in a variety of temperatures
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to utilize hand tools
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) :
None
Work Environment / Hours :
- This position works outside at customers’ homes
- Hours are 7 : 00 am 4 : 00 pm
Primary Work Location :
Lewisville, TX
