Director, Program Integration

You will be the Director, Program Integration for the ADP Skunk Works team. Our team is responsible for integrating program-management activities across the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Skunk Works, measuring organizational performance through metrics, customer feedback, discretionary-budget oversight, and employee-survey initiatives, and ensuring alignment with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics objectives.

What You Will Be Doing : As the Director, Program Integration you will be responsible for driving end-to-end program-management integration, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination for ADP Skunk Works. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Representing the VP / GM office and the ADP Skunk Works Executive Leadership Team to integrate all program-management functions and provide authoritative decision-making.
  • Evaluating organizational success using key performance metrics, customer feedback, discretionary-budget tracking, and employee-survey data; reporting findings to senior leadership.
  • Leading special-assignment projects that monitor and assess program performance against goals, implementing change-management processes to improve business outcomes.
  • Managing discretionary resources (NBF and PP&E funds), aligning budgets with IT, Business Development, and overall strategic plans.
  • Facilitating problem-solving and issue resolution, acting as the primary liaison across multiple sites, customers, internal management, and Lines of Business to deliver products on schedule and within funding constraints.

You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Business Acumen. Broad based experience managing budget. Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience engaging and presenting in executive level meetings. Understanding of Government standards efforts and proven ability to apply standards to ongoing efforts. Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills.
