We are seeking a proactive results-driven strategic Recruiter to partner closely with our business leaders and hiring teams to drive the recruitment and hiring of exempt (operations, professional and leadership) roles across the organization.
The Recruiter will be a key partner in shaping the talent acquisitions strategy for exempt roles. The preferred candidate will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their unique needs, develop tailored recruiting strategies, and attract top-tier candidates who align with both the technical and cultural requirements of the organization. This collaborative role will use expertise to drive recruitment processes, promote a positive candidate experience, and ensure our talent pipeline is diverse, inclusive, and aligned with our long-term business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of organizational needs, have a fondness for using their network and resources to hunt for the best candidates, an analytical approach to talent selection, and the ability to deliver high-impact recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
The ideal candidate will work on-site in Chicago, IL or Fort Worth, TX with the ability to move to a hybrid on-site / remote schedule pending work performance and following successful completion of an introductory period.
