Job Scope :

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Recruiting efforts for the SalonUltimate organization. We are in an exciting time of hyper growth and will need an energetic, passionate recruiter to support filling a variety of technical, administrative and support roles as we increase the headcount in our organization and / or create new departments.

The recruiter will drive the communication, screening, connecting and agenda of finding the right people for the right roles.

Planning, evaluating and executing job postings and practices designed to attract and fill crucial company roles is very important.

You will have a full and busy workload, so you will need to be able to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure, be proactive and take initiative, be flexible and adaptable in your approach, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen and hire talent including initial onboarding of candidates
• Engage in job design, talent mapping, and talent planning
• Conduct interviews and other pre-screening activities for various departments in the organization, and refers applicants to Managers as appropriate
• Ongoing timely and effective two-way communication with candidates, managers and internal stakeholders
• Prioritize and fill positions in a timely manner and develop pools of networking and applicants for specialized, hard to fill positions
• Source and measure talent acquisition tools and tech stack to ensure best practices and resources are always being utilized
• Conduct reference checks, background checks and any skill assessments needed as applicable
• Prepare specific details of offer letter which may include benefits / enrollment information, orientation information and specific dates as needed in a timely fashion.
• Provide constant feedback on processes and procedures that improve the candidate experience
• Conduct exit interviews
• Determine Recruiting KPIs, create and present reports documenting these KPIs
• Support the Human Resources / People Department with tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Hands on experience with posting jobs, managing talent platforms and utilizing recruitment tools
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
• Excellent time management with a determination to follow up with managers when filling roles essential to the company’s success

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with international companies and / or entities
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, HR and applicant tracking systems

Hybrid is 3 days in office, 2 days remote as long as KPIs and performance are maintained and goals are accomplished.
