Job descriptionPaid sick time (1 hr accrued for every 30 hours worked with a max of 72 hours accrued) Full time employees (18+ client hours per week) receive health insurance Full time employees receive vision insurance and life insurance Dental insurance available for purchase ($50 / mo) Weekly individual and / or triadic supervision with a supervisor heavily invested in your success and professional development. 401k with automatic 3% employer contribution offered to ALL employees after the first 90 days of employment Flexible scheduling and the ability to work from home most of the time. We are hiring a licensed or advanced prelicensed therapist to help us meet demand and create intentional professional community. BIPOC and LGBTQ+ candidates strongly encouraged to apply!
Requirements :
- Must be registered with a California licensing board (BBS, etc). We cannot legally hire pre-degree clinicians.
- Experience working with trauma and strong interest in EMDR training.
- Experience working with driven, high-achieving adults outside of a residential, IOP, or PHP setting
- Experience or strong interest in private / group practice setting
- Lifelong love of learning
- Feminist and LGBT affirmative values
Wages : Licensed : $100 per clinical hour and $25 per administrative hour. Prelicensed : $60 per clinical hour to start, with structured raises every 6 months.
