Overview

This role supports a new initiative designed to equip business teams with the ability to independently develop quick or short-term solutions using low-code / no-code tools. The Project Manager will oversee this effort, coordinating with stakeholders across the enterprise and ensuring teams are informed, aligned, and prepared to adopt the new approach.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Project Manager for the Business-Led IT initiative, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery.

Coordinate across various managers and teams to align on goals, tools, and implementation strategy.

Develop and manage the project roadmap, identifying key milestones, deliverables, and available tools.

Support the business team in understanding and adopting the new framework and approach.

Ensure adherence to SDLC principles throughout project execution.

Apply SAFe / Agile methodologies to manage timelines, communication, and deliverables.

Provide structure and guidance for the implementation of the low-code / no-code platform once selected.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of project management experience within IT or related technical environments.

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Experience leading initiatives that introduce new frameworks or processes.

SAFe / Agile experience required.

Familiarity with low-code / no-code tools (e.g., Dynamics, Appian, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Nice To Have

Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, SAFe) are a plus.
