Fire, Safety, and Security Protection

Find your calling at Mercy! Provide fire, safety, and security protection for Mercys coworkers, patients, and visitors. Promotes and practices fire and safety prevention. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our Mission, Values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Position Details :

Education : High School Diploma 18 years of age or older

Licensure : Valid State drivers license Valid local, state or federal Public Safety / Security licensure as required (within 30 days of hire)

Certification / Registration : Complete Basic 16hr Public Safety / Security course within 90 days of hire (May be done as part of licensure) Officers in areas where there isn't a licensing body, Completed IAHSS Basic.

Other Skills and Knowledge : Ability to read and write the English language Preferred Qualifications Education : College degree Licensure : Valid local, state or federal Public Safety / Security licensure as required. Experience : Previous Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience
