A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support and enhance daily operations and improve efficiency in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Champion the onboarding and offboarding processes to provide an excellent employee experience
Manage HRIS administration and streamline processes for HR systems, time-off management, and benefits administration
Support departmental managers on policy interpretation and administration, and assist in employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Degree or Certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; CPHR or similar certification is a plus
1-3+ years of experience in an HR or Administrative role, preferably in a tech or remote-first environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital document management tools
