Job DescriptionJob Description

The EHS Specialist is the on-the-floor safety champion who ensures a high-volume production environment operates without harm to people, equipment, or the environment. This role blends technical expertise, regulatory mastery, and shop-floor influence to reduce risk in a manufacturing setting with machinery, chemicals, robotics, and high-energy processes.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Machine & Process Safety

• Guard and interlock verification on CNCs, presses, conveyors, and robotic cells.
• Conduct pre-start safety reviews (PSSR) for new / relocated equipment.
• Enforce Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) program; audit 100+ authorized employees annually.

4. Incident Investigation & Metrics

5. Training & Safety Culture

6. Regulatory & Audit Readiness
