Position Summary
The EHS Manager will lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving a culture of safety and sustainability. This role combines strategic planning, plant management, project oversight, and continuous improvement to protect employees, the environment, and business operations. The position requires a strong leader with the ability to collaborate across departments while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EHS strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business goals
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations at all operational levels
- Lead organizational training, awareness, and risk-reduction initiatives
- Collect, analyze, and report EHS performance metrics for accountability and improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery and operational safety
