Were seeking a detail-oriented and values-driven Accounts Payable Clerk to support our cooperatives financial health and transparency. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that our financial records are accurate timely and aligned with the cooperatives mission and principles.

About Wild Onion Market

This position offers flexible scheduling and a hybrid work arrangement with most work completed remotely and periodic in-store hours for financial coordination deposits and record-keeping. The AP Clerk will be responsible for the following :

• Coding vendor invoices and UNFI invoices
• Auditing vendor statements for missing invoices
• Responding to invoice inquiries
• Managing the account payable email address
• Working with leads and managers to solve invoice and payment questions
