Automotive Service Manager / Advisor – Norton Shores, MI

Monday–Friday schedule – enjoy your weekends!

$55k–$60k base plus commission, OTE up to $75k / year

This well-established Norton Shores automotive repair shop is seeking a talented Automotive Service Manager / Advisor to take the wheel in running the daily front-of-house operations. The shop has been serving the local community for decades and prides itself on its loyal customers, high-quality work, and modern approach to customer communication.

The right candidate will be a morning person who thrives in the early rush (7 : 30–9 : 00 AM is go-time here), knows how to sell with a purpose, and enjoys creating a positive, collaborative atmosphere for both customers and team members.

What You'll Do :

Greet and assist customers, building trust through education on needed repairs and services

Manage the front desk, schedule jobs, and coordinate with technicians

Use ShopWare to perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and ensure customers get the full story on their vehicle's health

Keep the workflow smooth, efficient, and profitable while maintaining outstanding service levels

Collaborate closely with the team to create a stress-free, professional environment

What We're Looking For :

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Manager

Proven ability to sell services and repairs with transparency and integrity

Familiarity with DVI systems (ShopWare experience a plus)

Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset

Current, valid driver's license and clean background check
