What You'll Be Doing

• Perform bedside respiratory care and pulmonary treatments including nebulizer therapy, chest physiotherapy, airway clearance, and oxygen therapy
• Administer and monitor mechanical ventilation, adjusting parameters based on patient response and ABG analysis
• Assess patients through physical examination, chart review, and diagnostic testing to create individualized care plans
• Respond to emergencies including code blues and rapid response calls with calm expertise and clinical precision
• Document treatments, vitals, and outcomes in the electronic medical record system with accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams on patient progress and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on lung health, inhaler use, and preventive respiratory care strategies
• Uphold safety standards and infection control protocols while maintaining a calm, supportive presence at the bedside
