HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is presently in the search for a full-time Psychiatrist prepared to embrace a genuine leadership position.

Engage in a dual capacity role as both Medical Director and hands-on provider for a well-regarded addiction recovery mental health program.

This position offers a chance to attain partial ownership in an accomplished establishment, operate within an upscale environment, and assume Medical Leadership responsibilities within a team of seasoned and hospitable experts.

• Psychiatrist will work FT, Monday Friday, 8-4 or 9-5, with flexibility to be remote one day per week
• Psychiatrist will assume the on-site Medical Leader role, with great
• Psychiatrist will provide direct patient care and supervise MDs and Advanced Practice Providers
• Psychiatrist will provide care for a small panel of SUD and Mental Health Adult clients
• Psychiatrist will work with Managing Director, Executives, & Medical Board on policies
• Psychiatrist will be Director of TMS, Ketamine / Spravato, Stelllate Ganglion Block, Neurofeedback services
• Psychiatrist will work in Vail, travel 1x per month to Denver for collaboration
• Psychiatrist will attend industry events, trainings, and participate in podcast
• Psychiatrist will collaborate with colleges and universities in research opportunities
• Psychiatrist will report to Chief Operating Officer

Medical Director / Psychiatrist Requirements :

• Licensed Psychiatrist
• 4+ years’ experience in SUD, Recovery
• Experience w / TMS, Ketamine / Spravato, Stelllate Ganglion Block, & Neurofeedback

Medical Director / Psychiatrist Compensation :

• 325K Base
• 100K in company equity per year
