As an Commercial Roofing Estimator, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and preparing accurate and comprehensive estimates for a variety for commercial roofing projects across a variety of systems and manufacturers. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial roofing practices, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

• Estimate Preparation :  Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects, including labor, materials, equipment, site visits and overhead costs.
• System Expertise :  Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all commercial roofing systems (e.g., built-up, modified bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC) and manufacturers to provide well-rounded solutions.
• Client Interaction :  Develop and maintain strong relationships with national clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
• Quality Assurance :  Ensure all estimates align with industry standards and best practices, maintaining high-quality and accuracy in every proposal.
• Safety Compliance :  Adhere to and promote safety standards and regulations, ensuring that all aspects of the project estimates reflect a commitment to safe work practices.
• Market Analysis :  Stay current with industry trends, pricing, and advancements in roofing systems to provide competitive and up-to-date estimates.
• Professional Development :  Engage in continuous learning and professional growth opportunities to stay ahead in the industry and contribute innovative solutions to the team.
• Collaboration :  Work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that all project specifications and requirements are met
