Key Responsibilities : Lead quality efforts for stamped metal & aluminum parts Collaborate with customers, engineering, and production teams Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions Support prototype builds and product launches Champion ISO9001 / 2015 / TS16949 systems and continuous improvement Manage 4 Directs, 21 Quality Technicians Automotive experience Preferred with PPAP, APQP, AIAG, IATF16949, Stamping Die’s, Welding Assembly Process. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years in quality engineering Strong communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills MUST HAVE previous experience with a Japanese Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Supplier ???? We’re looking for a Quality Engineer with a deep knowledge of PPAP, APQP, AIAG, TS16949 root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why) . MUST HAVE previous experience with a Japanese Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Supplier
