Manager, International Tax

Job Summary

The Manager, International Tax supports global tax compliance, reporting, and strategic planning activities for the organization. This role ensures accurate and timely reporting of international tax obligations, supports consolidation of the global income tax provision, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting, and tax control documentation, manages transfer pricing documentation, and provides technical expertise on international tax matters to align with financial and business objectives.

This position is based in Leawood, KS and is not eligible for relocation.

What you will be doing :

• Oversee the preparation and review of international components of the U.S. consolidated income tax return.
• Manage global financial statement reporting in accordance with Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 740, including quarterly and annual tax provisions and related footnote disclosures.
• Direct and maintain documentation of transfer pricing policies between U.S. and international affiliates.
• Support compliance efforts for Country-by-Country reporting and OECD Pillar II requirements.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on global tax forecasting, structuring, and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls (SOX 404) and assist in process documentation and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international subsidiaries to align tax positions and reporting.
• Manage relationships with external service providers and regulatory authorities to optimize results and minimize risk
