The perfect candidate will have a solid IT industry network, exceptional sales abilities, and a thorough knowledge of enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Identify, qualify, and create new business opportunities for IT staff augmentation and enterprise software development.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and current clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Create and present persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and RFPs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor actions to identify potential areas for growth.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets and support the company's revenue expansion.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in IT services or software development.Strong understanding of staff augmentation and enterprise software solutions.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously.Existing network in North America with enterprise-level clients (preferred).
