The university is seeking a dynamic Senior Development Executive to spearhead and enhance its outreach and fundraising initiatives. The successful candidate will take charge of alumni relations, annual giving, and donor relations while crafting a comprehensive donor engagement program. A Bachelor's degree is essential, with a Master's degree preferred, alongside a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in college or university advancement or a closely related field. A robust background in fundraising, proficiency with CRM software, and the ability to identify, nurture, and solicit philanthropic gifts from individuals and organizations are key components of a successful candidate. You will collaborate closely with university leadership in shaping philanthropic strategies and engaging donors effectively.
