We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead daily operations and support the General Manager in executing service, team, and financial goals. This individual must be hands-on, guest-focused, and operationally strongequally comfortable managing the floor and mentoring staff as they are driving backend systems and business metrics.

Fine dining and high-volume experience are both highly preferred. A background in Italian cuisine or concept is a plus, but not required.

Key responsibilities include :

• Support all daily front-of-house operations with a focus on smooth, elevated guest service
• Act as a leader on the floor during service, setting the tone for hospitality and professionalism
• Train, coach, and develop FOH staff to maintain standards of service, timing, and guest engagement
• Partner with the GM to achieve financial targets, labor goals, and service excellence
• Assist with scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of all service areas
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture rooted in accountability and respect
• Handle guest recovery with poise and professionalism when needed
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain flow, communication, and consistency between kitchen and dining room
