Providence is seeking a full-time outpatient care Family Medicine or InternalMedicine Physician to join our well-established Primary Care team in Petaluma,California. Experience a collegial work environment while exploring thescenic beauty and vibrant culture of wine country.

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Practice autonomously with independent patient panel
• Minimum call requirements backed by well supported nurse advice line (3weeks as primary, 3 weeks as back-up) per year
• Residency / fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust studentloan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates
• Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensivebenefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice forvacation / holiday / CME time
• Shareholder track opportunity starting in Year 3 with additional perksand annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career
• Providence Medical Group physicians are eligible for the federal PublicService Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• Compensation is between $308,406 and $335,406 per year
• Earnings potential for seasoned clinicians exceeds $400k

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation andmay include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance,hospital / ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms ofcash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowanceand other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that thissalary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject tovariation due to the factors noted above.
