💰 Starting Salary Range : Job Grade 21 - ($56,825 - $60,000)

📅 Schedule : Full-time

What You'll Do :

✅ Leading and managing the hourly production team with a focus on safety, quality, and performance.

• ✅ Driving continuous improvement in productivity, scrap reduction, process control, and housekeeping.
• ✅ Monitoring daily production goals and adjusting staffing or processes to meet targets.
• ✅ Collaborating effectively with department supervisors, union representatives, and cross-functional teams.
• ✅ Conducting shift meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety reminders.
• ✅ Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• ✅ Assisting with onboarding new hires and ensuring proper training and support.
• ✅ Being flexible to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as needed.
• ✅ Performing other duties as assigned to support plant operations.

W hat We're Looking For :

🔹 Experience : Industrial supervisory experience preferred, but we're open to motivated candidates ready to grow.

🔹 Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.

🔹 Skills : Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, ability to navigate computer systems.

🔹 Mindset : Self-starter with a strong work ethic, clear communicator, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
