Job details :

Position :  Clinical Pharmacist

Location : State College, PA

Shift : Evenings - 8 hour shifts; Start times vary between 11 : 00 and 1330 includes weekend work

Contract : 12 weeks

Scheduled hours : 40

Rate :

Gross-Weekly : $3300Weekly (40 hours)

Breakdown :

W2 taxable : $1920 / week

Per-diem Stipend : $1380 / week

Requirements :

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.

Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.

Recent hospital experience preferred.

If rotating to an Ambulatory position : Pharmacy residency experience preferred.

Advanced practice certifications preferred

Current license issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy or eligible for reciprocation in Pennsylvania within 90 days of hire.
