90% English proficiency (EF set - C2 or higher)Fundamental computer skills and PC that meet the minimum technical requirementExceptional customer service skillsA hard-wire, noise-canceling headsetBe able to provide a valid and non-expired certificate of good conduct / Police Certificate (International Applicants)Ability to service with minimal supervision and consistently keep your scheduled client commitments1+ years of retention experience (Desirable).Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.Empathy and patience.Strong conflict resolution skills.
