Senior Project Manager Contact Center Operations

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in the Contact Center Domain and Order to Cash Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate will manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. This hybrid role requires strong technical and domain expertise to drive project success and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of projects within the Contact Center Domain to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project milestones.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to foster a productive work environment.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancement of processes.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Utilize technical expertise in the Contact Center Domain to address challenges and implement innovative solutions.
  • Apply domain knowledge in Order to Cash Accounts Receivable to streamline processes and enhance revenue management.
  • Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing remote and in-office team dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in project management within the Contact Center Domain.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Order to Cash Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Have a proven track record of managing complex projects with successful outcomes.
  • Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Work Authorization

    Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)

    Work Model

    We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Teaneck, NJ. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs.

    Salary and Other Compensation

    The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
