Director of Experimentation

A company is looking for a Director of Experimentation to lead its experimentation framework and drive product growth.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate the company-wide experimentation strategy and roadmap

Establish a culture of experimentation and develop efficient processes for experimentation ethics and metrics

Oversee the end-to-end experimentation lifecycle, including analysis and sharing of results

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in A / B testing, experimentation, or product growth

5+ years in digital app development with a deep understanding of the mobile product lifecycle

2+ years of people management experience

Deep expertise in data analysis and statistical concepts

Proficiency with modern A / B testing platforms
