BMC Remedy Developer - Remote

Job Summary :

• 100% remote position; no sponsorship available
• Requires strong experience with Remedy Helix, including implementation, integration, and migration (version 25.x)
• Must have advanced Remedy development skills in highly-customized environments
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting experience required
• Proficient in SQL and PL / SQL, with experience in Innovation Studio
• Experience setting up Helix on-premises infrastructure, including advanced features and performance tuning
• Experience with progressive web apps and Smart IT
• Responsible for building features supporting the client's Remedy Helix Migration program (per Jira tickets)
• Involvement in Helix production migration and integrations
• Implementation within the CARS development area
• Code management using Client's GIT system following OSS-Ticking standards
• Perform QA testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Prepare production release documentation
• Responsible for production deployment at least two weeks prior to the project end date
