Position Overview :
The Project Manager is responsible for leading all phases of assigned electrical construction projects from preconstruction through close-out. This position ensures project objectives for safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance are met or exceeded. The Project Manager acts as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication to deliver successful outcomes and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in electrical construction project management, preferably with a subcontractor.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project management platforms such as Procore or Primavera.
Knowledge : Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, safety standards, and quality management.
Soft Skills : Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to build relationships and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
