Job Description
Are you passionate about great food, live music, bowling and dogs? We are looking for an ambitious marketing coordinator with experience across multiple facets of marketing to turn that passion into a career. The ideal candidate will be a fast-learner, self-starter, team player, and ready to make a meaningful impact! The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels and brands to drive guest engagement, traffic, and brand awareness. This position will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of restaurant marketing including, but not limited to promotions, activations / event planning, market research, public relations, social media, technology platforms and analytics.
Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution, and tracking of brand marketing programs to drive events, store openings and brand promotions.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, including writing copy, project managing creative assets, proofreading, scheduling, testing, and reporting
Coordinating creation of promotional collateral and distribution of marketing content across all communication channels
Assist with onsite event execution, photo / video shoots, social media content capture and influencer partnerships as needed – occasional nights and / or weekends
Support various markets by exploring local store marketing opportunities to drive traffic and brand awareness
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Work with marketing agency partners to execute strategic campaigns by managing day-to-day social media scheduling and reporting
Serve as the point of contact for guest relations (email inquiries, online reviews, membership management)
Assist in the creation of messaging templates and FAQs for consistent, on-brand member communications
Manage and execute email marketing program and optimize to improve performance
Reporting on key marketing metrics to measure business impact
Perform other duties as needed to support the marketing department and the company
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2 years of experience in a similar role
Experience with social media
Experience with email marketing platforms
Experience with Google Analytics a plus
Experience in restaurant marketing preferred
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
Outstanding communication skills
Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals and up-to-date with latest trends
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
