The prime responsibility of a Guest Sales Associate is creating an exceptional guest experience, achieving sales goals, and willingness to initiate genuine conversation and recommendations with our guests on European Wax Center services and products.

Our compensation structure includes a $17.50 base pay complemented by commissions and incentives, to ensure that those who achieve their goals consistently often may surpass this range.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is performed sitting and standing at a desk and working on a computer, with times of prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling. The associate must lift and / or move items over 25 pounds.
