Requirements Analyst

A company is looking for a Requirements Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate requirements development sessions to gather and document business and product requirements

Interface with various organizational levels to communicate status, negotiate outcomes, and guide decision-making

Develop implementation estimates and timelines for the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a technical field is required

Familiarity with basic project management methodology and skills

Demonstrated understanding of process flow and ability to deal with ambiguity

Commitment to following policies and maintaining confidentiality

Experience in engineering processes or project management is a plus
